Data collection
We collect only the data necessary to provide the service, to respond to your enquiries and to understand how the website is used. This may include:
- Company information and billing details provided when starting the trial or the subscription (such as company name, VAT registration number, billing email and address)
- Contact details you provide when you write to us (such as name, email address, company and the content of your message)
- Technical data such as IP addresses, requested pages, date and time, browser and device information, and technical logs of the app
Bank data
Bank transactions and balances are retrieved through GoCardless Bank Account Data, a regulated account information service provider, and stored in your Business Central environment. Memento does not receive or store them.
Use of data
The data we collect is used solely to:
- Provide the service, including the licence, the trial and the billing
- Respond to your enquiries and manage any following business relationship
- Operate, secure and improve the website, the app and our services
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe, which receives the payment details directly.
Analytics and measurement
We use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to collect aggregate statistics about how the site is used and to measure our advertising. They are activated only with your consent and may process technical data about your visit.
Third-party content
- YouTube. The video is loaded from YouTube only when you play it, and follows the Google privacy policy.
- Microsoft AppSource. Links to the AppSource listing carry a campaign tag identifying this website as the source. No personal data is included in the link.
Cookies
This site uses technical cookies necessary for its operation and, only if you accept them, cookies related to the analytics services described above. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of each page, and manage cookies through your browser settings.
Data sharing
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties, except when necessary to provide the services described above or to comply with the law.

Licence and billing data are kept for the duration of the subscription and as required by law. Enquiries are kept for the time needed to handle the request and for any following business relationship. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of each service.
