Billing questions
What counts as a bank account?
Each bank account linked in Banking Central counts as one: three accounts at the same bank are three bank accounts. They are counted per tenant, across all its companies.
How does the free trial work?
All the features and up to 3 bank accounts for 30 days, once per tenant. The trial starts from the assisted setup after installing the app, with no payment method required. Add a payment method before the trial ends and the subscription starts automatically.
How do I pay?
The main payment method is by card, with the online subscription; payments are processed by Stripe.
Can I pay by invoice and bank transfer?
Yes, with yearly billing only. Write to [email protected]: a licence key is provided after the payment.
Can I change the number of bank accounts?
Yes, at any time from the licence page in Business Central. Added bank accounts are charged for the rest of the period; removed ones are credited on the next invoices.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. The change applies immediately and the rest of the current period is credited.
How do I cancel?
From the customer portal, opened with Manage Subscription on the licence page. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
Where are my invoices?
In the customer portal, together with the payment method and the invoicing details.
